Una revisión sistemática de la literatura utilizando la metodología PRISMA

Efectos de los techos verdes en el confort térmico interior

Resumen

El crecimiento de la población urbana ha intensificado los impactos ambientales en las ciudades, como el aumento de las islas de calor y el estrés térmico. Las cubiertas verdes se han convertido en una solución sostenible, capaz de reducir la temperatura interior de los edificios y mejorar su rendimiento térmico. Con el paso de los años, la investigación sobre cubiertas verdes centrada en el confort térmico ha aumentado, pero aún existen lagunas en su comprensión, lo que motiva una revisión bibliográfica capaz de recopilar, analizar y sintetizar esta información. Por lo tanto, este estudio tiene como objetivo realizar una revisión bibliográfica sistemática utilizando el protocolo PRISMA para analizar las tendencias de investigación relacionadas con estos sistemas, centrándose en la eficiencia térmica de las cubiertas verdes y comparándolas con las cubiertas convencionales. Se analizaron un total de 235 artículos, que se sometieron a cuatro fases: identificación, selección, elegibilidad e inclusión, utilizando la estrategia PICO y criterios de puntuación para seleccionar los artículos relevantes. La principal contribución de esta investigación es validar el uso de la metodología PRISMA para la revisión sistemática, a la vez que refuerza el potencial de las cubiertas verdes como estrategia para mitigar los impactos climáticos urbanos.
