Abstract

The adoption of BIM at the project level is established through the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) which is part of the set of protocols that will be established by a specific organization, institution, company and/or professional in a BIM implementation. The fact is that there is no universal BIM Execution Plan, and in most cases different countries have different documents and/or sets of rules. This article is part of a master's research and aims to present a BEP model, developed from the content analysis of BEP models found in the literature. Methods of content analysis studies, with a descriptive nature, were used. Publications were analyzed, followed by the identification of their common points, originating from different countries where the regulation of the use of the BIM process was driven by the State. As a result, there is the proposal of a BEP model aiming to contribute to the scarcity of documents in the BIM process in Brazil and encouraging the Brazilian AECO industry to design its own document models and templates.
