A GESTÃO DO PROCESSO DE PROJETO E SUA IMPORTÂNCIA NA GERAÇÃO DE RESULTADOS EM EMPREENDIMENTOS DE INFRAESTRUTURA

Abstract

Different agents participate in the designing and executing process of infrastructure projects. The challenge for companies lies in the management of these agents, especially with regard to the design stage. The design process management begins well before implementation and, when well conducted, has importance in the contribution of regards the deadlines and results of the projects. The aim of this paper is present the contribution of the design process management in the maintenance and / or increase of the results of infrastructure projects. This analysis has been developed through literature review and case studies, in which three infrastructure projects were analyzed a large civil construction company. The results demonstrate that design process management contributed to increasing results of these projects.
