GESTÃO DE PROJETOS PARA ATENDIMENTO À NBR 15575 EM INSTALAÇÕES HIDROSSANITÁRIAS

Abstract

The demand for improved quality of buildings and the performance requirements grows the importance of engineering projects in real estate. The article proposes to investigate how designers and construction companies are working to adopt requirements and building performance criteria that meet the NBR 15575, Performance Standard for the project development phase hidrossanitárias installations, this type of project was chosen primarily because there are few studies in your area, because they have great impact on the implementation, use and maintenance of buildings. The research presented strategy is a case study, conducted through interviews with the project manager facilities projects company, Techna Engenharia Ltda., in the city of Recife, Pernambuco. The company made a review of projects to meet the Performance Standard. In the interview, it was reported that, despite the advances brought by the standard, there are still points to be overcome, such as non-binding are not well accepted by the construction requirements such as acoustic performance for the facilities, and the absence of well-defined methods for project management. At the end of the interview it was reported that there should be the inclusion of other specialties such as electrical and telecommunications facilities as well as the requirement for other types of buildings, not only residential. It is concluded that it is still challenging the achievement of the NBR 15575 requirements.
