Abstract

This paper aims to present part of the on-going scientific research entitled "HOW DO YOU LIVE: POSTO-CCUPANCY EVALUATION (POE) INTERACTIVE SYSTEM ON HOUSING QUALITY IN DIGITAL MEDIA: TEST AND ADJUSTMENT IN THE DATABASE", as well as its objectives and its relevance in the universe of post-occupancy evaluation. The research in question is part of a larger Technological Innovation project between FACOM and FAUeD, with the main results being the development of a game format application entitled "HOW DO YOU LIVE", and post-occupancy evaluation (POEs) management database, titled "APODIGITAL SYSTEM". Continuing with the previously initiated project, the current research aims to carry out tests in the city of Uberlândia and adjustments of the products in order to improve such tools. The preliminary results of the research indicate that the quality of the housing tends to improve, through the observation of databases supplied by POE. In addition, the technological advances proposed in the POE research contribute significantly to the increase in the quality of the data obtained and to a much greater involvement on the part of the respondents.
