Princípios de design para apoio à participação em sistemas de gestão da segurança resilientes na construção

Resumo

Embora a participação do trabalhador seja elemento comumente presente em sistemas de gestão da segurança na construção, a literatura ainda é limitada em responder como projetar sistemas com desempenho resiliente que favoreçam essa participação. Para preencher esta lacuna, esse estudo propõe um conjunto de princípios, desenvolvido através de uma revisão sistemática baseada em evidências, como mecanismo de apoio em projetos de sistemas de gestão de segurança resilientes e participativos na construção. A proposta contempla oito princípios que são descritos e exemplificados. Seu uso pode auxiliar os projetistas, tanto na concepção de novos sistemas de gestão, quanto em ajustes nos sistemas previamente existentes. Novos estudos podem contribuir no refinamento ou identificação de novos princípios, como também para testar empiricamente arranjos participativos que, de forma explícita, apoiem o desempenho resiliente.
