The high consumption of electric energy and the minimum thermal comfort level in the practices of social interest Housing (HIS) in Brazil are being compared with what is recommended for the constructive strategies in the Brazilian norms and those planned by the Ministry of Cities. Through the computer simulation, it is possible to obtain different configurations of one of its main characteristics, as in the case of multiobjective genetic tests, which test the combinations with the interest of improving the performance of two or more. In this work, we propose an initial series for a multiobjective genetic analysis, changing the thermal transmittance of the external walls, the floor and the roof, besides the solar orientation and the absortances of the external walls and the roof with pre-established value limits. From the analysis of the results obtained in the inventory of data for the city of Pelotas-RS, it was observed that it is not better, thermal comfort for the hours occupied more than 79% was identified, as of the intensity of use of lower electric energy to 32 kWh / (m².year). In addition, the presentation presents alternatives for making the next generation of the algorithm, suggesting changes and strategies for the limits adopted in the first generation of the population.
