AVALIAÇÃO DA ILHA DE CALOR PARA DIFERENTES VARIAÇÕES DE TIPOLOGIA EM ÁREA DE EIXO DE TRANSFORMAÇÃO URBANA DO MUNICÍPIO DE SÃO PAULO
Keywords:

The built environment and the block typology directly affect the urban microclimate and their thermal comfort. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the effect of urban heat island, specifically the temperature difference of the air temperature, in four different study scenarios, composed of the current urban morphology of the study area and three different block typologies: horizontal, perimeter and semi-open, in the Belenzinho neighborhood, in São Paulo. The research methodology of the work consists of a case study and parametric simulation, through the Grasshopper® tool and the Dragonfly® plug-in. Among the results found, the highest air temperature values occur in the perimeter block typology, as it allows greater built density. The lowest air temperature values occur in the semi-open block typology, because, in addition to allowing less built density it is the one with the highest green area.
