UMA REVISÃO SISTEMÁTICA DA LITERATURA

Abstract

The relationship between users and the environment is bidirectional: human beings have the ability to shape the environment according to their needs. Even if unconsciously, the built environment is constantly being judged by its users. In university environments, the learning process has a direct connection with the quality of the built environment. The Post-Occupation Evaluation is a method that allows to raise the users' perception and analyze them, being a tool to contribute to the process of projects feedbacks. The objective was to carry out a Systematic Literature Review focusing on published articles about Post-Occupation Evaluation in university environments. The review made it possible to identify deficiencies in the amount of articles published with the keywords searched. In all validated articles, the user was an element present in the evaluations, regardless of the focus of the consulted researches.
