TVD E BIM APLICADOS AO PROJETO DE ARQUITETURA HOSPITALAR: EXPERIÊNCIA DIDÁTICA DO USO DE FERRAMENTAS DE APOIO À DECISÃO

The association of Target Value Design (TVD) and Building Information Modeling (BIM) has been used to improve the building design process, as support for decisions in the early stages of development. This study intends to verify the use of Value Analysis (AV) tools in TVD and BIM to develop the architectural design for a Basic Health Unit (UBS) of Araraquara-SP, aiming to reduce the cost and increase the value for the user. The method included Bibliographic review, Modified Debate, Panels, Workshop and Modeling. As a result, there was a reduction of costs, an increase of the built area and greater functionality. The conclusion shows the need for improvement and consolidation of TVD and BIM tools applicable to public building, to mediate a collaborative design process, which considers the consumption of financial resources over the building life cycle and the expectations of its users.
