BIM, Blockchain e outras tecnologias digitais na fase de construção: análise da produção científica internacional

Este artigo revisou sistematicamente a literatura internacional sobre a integração BIM, Blockchain e outras tecnologias digitais na fase de construção. Os autores selecionaram nove artigos de aplicações em um cenário hipotético ou no mundo real e agruparam nas categorias: automatização de pagamentos, gerenciamento do controle de qualidade da obra, rastreamento de dados de progresso da construção e rastreamento de dados da cadeia de suprimentos. Os resultados sugerem o uso mais frequente das plataformas blockchain Hyperledger, Azure e GoQuorum. A ausência de estudos empíricos e as características de funcionalidade das plataformas Blockchain foram apontados como os principais entraves para a integração.
