PROPOSTA DE MANUAL VIRTUAL INTELIGENTE PARA O USUÁRIO DE EDIFICAÇÕES

Abstract

Although the proper maintenance of a building is fundamental for its durability and valorization and, therefore, of great interest to the parties involved (builders and users), this practice still encounters cultural barriers to be overcome. The great challenge for builders lies in the efficient communication of the guidelines for use, operation and maintenance to users. On the other hand, users tend to neglect the care related to the building due to lack of awareness and information. This paper presents and analyses a proposal of a virtual owner's manual, developed on a platform fully accessible in smartphones, both for both builders and users (liquidators/ and owners). For this, a prototype was developed from bibliographic review and semi-structured interviews with intervening agents of the process. The relevance, performance and practicality of the platform were proven from the perception of potential users, using NPS methodology (Net Promoter Score). Supported by a CMS (Content Management System), with information indexed on a server with database, this tool permits a management of the information post-delivery between construction company, liquidators and owners, which solves daily problems, and contributes to the construction companies have better interaction with their customers in this stage of the enterprise, producing a database of great relevance data for the identification of opportunities for improvement in the quality of future projects.
