SISTEMATIZAÇÃO DA PRODUÇÃO DE FACHADAS CORTINAS

Manual work, often combined with the lack of control over activities and the unpreparedness of both managers and employees, generate a final product that is far below the standards of quality and performance. This situation is common to different construction services performed in Brazil, being the digitalization of construction services one alternative of improvements. However, for this digitization become effective, specific knowledge of how to perform these construction services is needed. In this sense, the objective of this work is to systematize the knowledge of the production of curtain walls. For this purpose, a case study was conducted on the production of a curtain wall in a work in Florianopolis (SC). As a result, a flowchart and service verification form for the execution of curtain walls were produced, ranging from the reception of parts to the delivery of the final product. Such results contribute to the systematization of knowledge in the execution of curtain walls, enabling the digitization of specific processes linked to the commissioning of curtain walls.
