AVALIAÇÃO DOS OBJETIVOS BIM NAS LICITAÇÕES PÚBLICAS BRASILEIRAS

The Brazilian public sector has been presenting initiatives for the adoption and diffusion of BIM. Therefore public bids serve as an important instrument in structuring the government and encouraging companies to implement BIM. In this sense, the main focus of this work is to evaluate the objectives related to BIM found in the bids. In this way, the main focus of this paper is to evaluate the objectives related to BIM found in the bids. For this, it was made a data survey of public bids, corresponding to the period from 2014 to 2020, that mentioned the term Building Information Modeling. The phases of the methodology includes: (a) reviewing the literature, (b) determination of the period of time, (c)data survey using an online platform, (d) cataloguing of the data, (e)analyzation of the data. Among the principal results of the study, stands out the evaluation of the objectives related to BIM in the bids, associated with the criteria of: year of bidding notice, levels of contracting agencies/organizations and their respective Brazilian geographic region.
