PLANEJAMENTO E CONTROLE DE ATIVIDADES DE UM ESCRITÓRIO DE PROJETOS BIM DE ARQUITETURA E ENGENHARIA SOB A ÓTICA DO SISTEMA LAST PLANNER

Despite all benefits, planning and control is often done in an informally way in many companies, where decisions are often based on employee experience. Thus, this paper aims to perform an analysis of activities planning and control based on Last Planner System of an architecture and engineering office that uses BIM methodology, verifying if the activities planning and control are being effective. Interviews were conducted with office managers to understand how the planning are usually made in short, medium and long levels, as well as to visualize possible inefficiencies. At the end of this study, there were identified several inefficiencies in activities planning and control, especially in communication aspect, both internal (between employees) and external (between clients), suggesting to managers some possibilities for improvements in planning and control for performing activities more efficiently.
