PROPOSTA DE UM PLANO PARA GERENCIAR RISCOS APLICADO AO CRONOGRAMA FÍSICO-FINANCEIRO DE UMA OBRA CORPORATIVA

Abstract

The perception about the importance of planning and risk management during the development of a project has been growing gradually in the civil construction. This is because the lack of them can lead to delays in delivery of the construction and increased costs. In view of the foregoing, this article aims to develop a risk management plan applied to the physical-financial schedule of corporate construction work. For this purpose, interviews were carried out with the main part of the project, in order to identify the most relevant risks. These analyses were made and drafted a contingency plan. As a result, a series of measures have been drawn up, aiming at reducing the impact of the uncertainty to the project. Moreover, it was found that, for this construction work with a cost of $689.230,74 and 232 days lead time, it must be considered an increase of approximately 9 and 13% respectively. Different sectors understand the uncertainties in a distinct way. Therefore, a plan to manage risks is a crucial tool in the prevention of occurrence, as well as the mitigation of impacts generated by them.
