The aim of this study is to present the initial results of the evaluation of a capacitive-radiant heating and cooling system with low energy consumption employed in a climate chamber. It is based on the use of radiant-capacitive modules that, through a hydronic circuit, take advantage of radiative cooling at night and solar heating. Each of the components of the system is detailed and the results of the operation of the system in cooling and heating mode activated by the control system are analyzed. Important cooling and heating potentials were found that allow maintaining thermal comfort conditions most of the time.
