Abstract

A Social Housing project has the aim of giving urban space a use that promotes socio-environmental sustainability. For this to happen on a permanent basis, aspects such as social inclusion, access to decent and healthy living conditions, improvement of the economic conditions of the community and better investment of the natural resources applied are indispensable. The objective of this research was to identify social innovation common to three Social Housing projects of incremental architecture carried out in Chile, India and Colombia. From this process, five social innovations were identified.
