The designing BIM process requires a better organization of information and the tasks flows for the benefits achievement in terms of efficiency, minimizing unexpected situations during the construction phase. In this way, the process of providing voids in the structural elements for the BIM designing process is modelled, defining the tasks and the information flows observing the IFC format and BCF protocols. The task flows presented will allow the designing coordination drives the structural voids provisioning process with organization and efficiency, obtaining an important contribution for the quality of your tasks.
