Abstract

The Covid-19 brought challenges for managers and workers, especially in construction sites. The research presents the CSF in OSH plans and programs, and their relation with local context of Maceió, Alagoas. Six CSF were observed in literature: (i) social distancing, (ii) sanitation, (iii) screening, (iv) PPE, (v) information and (vi) temporarily laid off workers with symptoms. The literature review and case study showed that social distancing was the main CSF due to its low cost, however, demanding reviews on the processes in site.
