BIM E CONTRATOS NA CONSTRUÇÃO CIVIL: UM ESTUDO DAS RELAÇÕES CONTRATUAIS PARA A GESTÃO DO PROJETO REMOTO

With the implementation of the national dissemination strategy for Building Information Modeling (BIM), the Brazilian federal government, following a global trend, will demand its use as the main tool for managing projects that make use of public resources from 2021 on. Thus, this study aims to objective, through review of the bibliography and interviews with specialists, to outline a conceptual framework with the needs for the implementation of a distribution platform and remote project management. It had as method, the accomplishment of interviews with professionals working in the academy and in the public sector, and the creation of a data flow diagram in three levels to obtain the conceptual framework. Four interviews were conducted and as a result the conceptual framework was outlined, incorporating the information collected in the interviews. After discussions, it was possible to understand the implementation potential and the feasibility of the proposal where the work pointed to the investigation of the possibility of using the P2P protocol (peer to peer network) to exchange information in shared BIM projects.
