TRAINING IN PARTICIPATIVES METHODS IN TIMES OF PANDEMIC COVID19: THE MOTIV-AÇÃO AND POSSIBILITIES

In view of the adverse context of the Covid-19 pandemic, this study was carried out proactively, with the aim of guaranteeing remote continuity in the teaching and learning processes. The objective is to report the training of Postgraduate students in Architecture and Urbanism at the Federal University of Pelotas in the use of a participatory tool, the Motiv-Ação Method, developed in the Housing and Social Technology– Morar TS and financed by FINEP. With a playful, reflective character and based on the Poem of Desires method, it seeks to motivate users regarding urban requalification by editing digital photographs based on interfaces that simulate new configurations of their living spaces. The tool was developed in research and extension actions, being revised and adapted in order to enable the use for the virtual mode with the objective that, after the pandemic period, professionals can apply this methodology in their research and future demands in teaching. The experience was positive due to the participation of masters in the proposed activities and their availability to use the role of end users in the virtual process of the spaces to be requalified.
