TIC’s no desenvolvimento de projetos da indústria de arquitetura, engenharia e construção

Resumo

AEC projects are complex because involve numerous professionals and produce hundreds related documents in their process, and it can be improved. This work presents a diagnosis based on the empirical study of variables that collaborate for innovation in the development of projects and those related to the use of tools and processes defined from the design stages developed by FIEP and FIRJAN. In this research, data were collected from 114 companies from AEC industry designers located in the city of Curitiba / PR and metropolitan region. Through a Survey of the 15 established variables, the data were analyzed through multivariate statistical techniques. Grouped in three different business segments show that the industry is characterized by the incipient use of available technologies with a small impact on project development.
