The paper aims to present the results of the analysis of the environmental performance simulations carried in the development of the LabZERO|UnB, located in Brasília-DF, one of the four design contemplated within the ELETROBRAS/PROCEL contest for Zero-Energy Buildings (ZEB). It is presented the main environmental and energetic performance analysis carried: a) artificial lighting; b) daylight; c) energetic, and; d) on-grid and off-grid photovoltaic generation potential. For that, different kinds of software are employed: Radiance, with Relux and Honeybee, EnergyPlus (v.8.9), with DesignBuilder (v6.0), as well as SAM. The LabZERO|UnB simulations estimated an annual final electricity demand of 34.29 kWh/m².year (7.1MWh/year), corresponding to an annual primary energy demand of 54.88 kWh/m².year (11.4 MWh/year), a significantly lower value compared to office buildings in Brasilia, comparable to international successful cases. Therefore, verifies the compliance with the ZEB standard with the incorporation of PV panels as part of the building design.
