USO DE TÉCNICAS COMPUTACIONAIS NO APRIMORAMENTO DA TOMADA DE DICISÕES NO SETOR DE CONSTRUÇÃO: REVISÃO SISTEMÁTICA DA LITERATURA

Resumo

No mercado de construção, o uso de técnicas computacionais, oriundas da área de Pesquisa Operacional, como forma de subsidiar a tomada de decisões tanto em fases de pré-construção, como durante a execução, se torna cada vez mais relevante. Assim, o presente estudo busca avaliar quais ferramentas tem chamado mais atenção de pesquisadores, e em quais processos elas têm sido utilizadas. Para isso, optou-se pelo método de Revisão Sistemática da Literatura. Foi realizado, assim, um extenso processo de busca em três bases de dados de publicações, tendo sido possível selecionar 41 trabalhos recentes que se relacionam com o tema em questão. Os trabalhos foram analisados de acordo com o tipo de técnica utilizada, destacando-se o uso algoritmos meta-heurísticos e de simulação. Por sua vez, foi possível observar a aplicação dessas técnicas em diversos tipos de processo, como planejamento de atividades, dos custos, utilização de recursos, layout de canteiro e desempenho da segurança.
