Desempenho resiliente na gestão do processo de projeto: um estudo de caso sobre o papel do Sistema Last Planner

Apesar de o Sistema Last Planner (SLP) contribuir para o desempenho resiliente (DR) de empreendimentos de construção, estudos anteriores não investigaram como o método pode apoiar o DR no processo de projeto. Para preencher essa lacuna, foi realizado um estudo de caso em uma empresa do setor varejista que desenvolve vários empreendimentos anualmente. A implementação do SLP foi analisada à luz de sete princípios para o projeto de sistemas resilientes. As fontes de evidência para esta análise incluíram documentos, entrevistas semiestruturadas, observação participante e dados secundários. Os resultados apontaram para a existência de algumas práticas de natureza distinta daquelas encontradas em estudos sobre o tema na produção. Ainda assim, alguns padrões repetiram-se: o SLP foi combinado com outras práticas formais e informais. Isso significa que o método contribui para o DR do processo de projeto, mas deve ser complementado de alguma maneira, considerando o contexto específico no qual ele é aplicado. Este estudo também sugere quais práticas do SLP devem ser apoiadas e enfatizadas na gestão do processo de projeto de empreendimentos de construção complexos.
