HUMANIZAÇÃO EM AMBIENTES HOSPITALARES E O USO DA REALIDADE VIRTUAL ALIADA À ARQUITETURA

Abstract

Patients who seek hospitals that seek to recover their health, but often end up being impacted by the environment in which they are inserted, suffer emotional, psychological and even physical influences, due to the coldness and impersonality inherent in many hospitals. To make the hospital environment more humane and ensure patient-centered care, a Planetree Certification was created. In this context, the present work aims to compare the simulations of a hospital room through the use of a Virtual Reality tool, being a simulation with characteristics commonly found in hospitals and another considering the criterion "Healing Environment: Architecture and Design" Planetree Certification. As the methodology, the modeling of the environments using the SketchUp software, a rendering and transformation of images in 360º, using Lumion 8.5 and, finally, a Roud.me tool for conducting a virtual tour, will allow a comparative analysis between environments with and without the application of specified criteria. As the results are expected to demonstrate the importance of using Planetree's “Healing Environment” to make the hospital environment more friendly and humanized, as well as the potential of Virtual Reality combined with Architecture, allowing the exposure of being within the projected environment.
