ANÁLISE DE UM PROJETO DE RESIDÊNCIAS UNIFAMILIARES À LUZ DAS ÁREAS DE CUSTOS E PARTES INTERESSADAS DO GUIA PMBOK®

Abstract

The implementation of management procedures is continually increasing, as companies are seeking to be more accurate in project management. With this desire, there is a need for greater control and execution of deadlines and budgets, which leads to the satisfaction of parts of the project, such as suppliers and customers. To better serve project management, a good practice guide, known as the PMBOK® Guide, was created, which ensures efficiency in activities, processes, groups, industrial sectors and projects. Based on this Guide, the present study was produced, which aims to use a case study methodology, to analyze a single-family housing project. An ABC material curve was designed to measure the impacts of materials and suppliers, without a construction budget. Finally, conclude that a more specific analysis, a company may be mistaken about what are its main suppliers of materials in terms of costs, since buying in unused quantity means a big impact on the budget. Keep in mind a joint analysis of stakeholders and increased costs to design an efficient project and a company that has this vision to highlight their respective risks.
