INDICADORES DE DESEMPENHO NA CONSTRUÇÃO CIVIL: ESTUDO DE CASO EM UMA CONSTRUTORA GOIANA

In the midst of an increasingly competitive market, a consequence of the various new forms of social and economic relations, the corporate world is faced with progressively more demanding customers. In order to control the performance of an organization, it is of fundamental importance to make the correct use of indicators, especially in the construction industry, which is a unique production involving several service fronts in different stages. This study brings a case study in a company in the field of construction of multi-floor buildings in the market of Goiás. The bibliographic review presents five studies that analyze a panorama of more than twenty years, which concerns approaches to performance indicators in civil construction. The indicators used by the company are collected, analyzed and a relationship is sought between the reality and the definitions and ideas presented in the bibliographic review. For the specific case studied, it is observed that the company is mainly concerned with the performance related to people, both customers and employees, and to the financial sphere, such as incomes and sales.
