DIAGNÓSTICO DAS VARIÁVEIS LOGÍSTICAS DAS EMPRESAS DE CONSTRUÇÃO

This paper presents a diagnosis of the logistic variables of the companies of the civil construction sector of the state of Paraná. As the main procedure, the Survey method was chosen with a descriptive analysis of the data. The results showed that the organizations have a predisposition to contract of partnerships, with search of information with the suppliers and frequent joint actions to reduce the execution deadlines. They also seek to have a closer relationship with clients, with frequent discussions of quality problems, communication of project changes, changes due to their requests and the search for solutions with their cooperation.
