GERENCIAMENTO DE RISCO DE ACIDENTES DO TRABALHO EM UMA OBRA DE CONSTRUÇÃO HOSPITALAR

Abstract

The article aims evaluate accidents that occurred during the construction of a hospital unit in the city of Goiânia-Brazil, and to propose preventive measures to be adopted in similar works. As methodology, it was used case study of the accidents occurred between 2015 and 2017. This study uses the database generated by the Work Accident Report and the Accident Analysis Report issued by the company. Three management techniques were used in a reverse manner to identify the causes of the accidents, organized from the highest to lowest frequency, it also pursued find and analyze the risk management through the FMEA tool. The findings show that the lack or inadequate training directly affected the phase with the biggest number of accidents, the execution of concrete structures. In the same way, training was also the most frequent cause of Ishikawa Diagram. However, the cause with the biggest degree of risk was inattention. The present study shows a possibility and viability of applying risk management tools in a reverse manner to identify critical activities effectively, as well as to find preventive measures to avoid accidents.
