The adoption of Digital Technologies in the construction sector has significantly improved its productivity. However, the diffusion of these technologies faces difficulties, resulting in lower adoption rates across the industry and countries. In Brazil, there is a lack of information regarding the use of DT, raising the question: which digital technologies are being used and in which project phases are they employed in the Brazilian construction industry? This paper explores these questions through a survey carried out with 144 professionals from 14 states of Brazil. It revealed a good level of awareness on the subject and widespread use of technologies, with a focus on BIM, Cloud Computing, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles, and Virtual Reality. As a conclusion, despite their widespread use, the adoption of DT is recent and still in its early stages. The regression analysis shows that the use of DT grows with increasing awareness of DT, as well as with the growth of project size, but decreases with public projects. The study's contribution lies in providing an overview of the use of DT in the Brazilian construction sector. Limitations and suggestions for future studies were also presented.
