DIRETRIZES PARA O SISTEMA DE JUSTIÇA

Abstract

This article presents the results obtained in the Master Dissertation entitled "Neither a palace nor a nest, a place for the child and the adolescent in the justice system", which analyzed the characteristics of the judicial environments for the care of children and adolescents victims or witnesses of violence in the city of Goiânia in order to identify desirable qualities for these spaces. Field research was conducted between October and December 2017 in the buildings of the Juvenile Court and the Criminal Forum. The techniques used in the study involved bibliographical research, non-participatory ethnographic observation in judicial environments and in audiences, application of questionnaires and interviews, data collection and photographic records. As a result, the study provides guidelines for new configurations of judicial environments focused on children and adolescents based on the needs, desires and values alluding to this age group.
