INFLUÊNCIA DE DIFERENTES CONFIGURAÇÕES URBANAS NO DESEMPENHO DA ILUMINAÇÃO NATURAL EM AMBIENTES INTERNOS NA CIDADE DE FLORIANÓPOLIS

Urban legislation, through the control of land use, guides and regulates urban occupation. The urban parameters, such as Floor Area Ratio - FAR, are often exploited to the maximum, which reduces the incidence of sunlight within the environments. As the urban environment has a great impact on the natural lighting performance of the environments, a study of occupation in an area of the city of Florianópolis was developed, resulting in the creation of 56 scenarios with different urban configurations, and 3 deployment situations in the lot. The Spacial Daylight Autonomy - sDA was computed inside the environments and related to the cut-off angles in each floor analyzed, to ascertain the influence of the different urban configurations on the natural lighting performance. The mean sDA of the environments and the average sDA of the floor of the analysis building was verified, considering the sDA value ≥45%. According to the results obtained, to obtain sDA≥45, the cut-off (inversely proportional to the value of sDA) should have values around 50°. The relationship between the urban parameters and jigs and the implementation of the building in the lot can help to obtain these values to minimize the impact of the urban environment.
