The aim is to apply the Safety-II approach to construction sites through a framework, analyzing daily work to learn from failures and successes. The execution of daily activities in construction was monitored, evaluating the work as performed (WAD) and the work as imagined (WAI). Weekly meetings were held with the management and construction team to discuss improvements in the execution of the work. The results indicate that the Safety-II approach promoted organizational and individual learning and proved that the system could adapt to the occurrence of unwanted events.
