Abstract

In the area of AEC, several researches have delved into new strategies to ensure efficient communication between the agents of design processes, such as BIM and VR. However, it is important to deepen in studies that approach the joint use of these technologies in collaborative environments. The objective of this article is to analyse the studies focused on the use of BIM in conjunction with VR through a bibliometric analysis of the scientific production of the last five years. The results made it possible to analyse the terms and concepts used regarding the subject addressed, contributing to discussions and recommendations for future research.
