A GESTÃO DE PROJETOS E AS TECNOLOGIAS DIGITAIS: ESTRATÉGIA BIM-BR E TENDÊNCIAS PÓS-PANDEMIA

Researches related to the possibilities offered by digital technologies present results that contribute to the modernization of civil construction sector. In 2018, interest in the topic emerged, through BIM-BR strategy, revised in 2019, which aims to disseminate BIM. Actions aimed at the adoption of BIM, initiatives aimed at professional training, and discussions around the integrated use of digital technologies are aspects to be explored. The 2020 pandemic led to the acceleration of this process, based on the use (or increase) of remote work. This paper presents doctoral researches related to this theme, highlighting alternatives and obstacles to the use of digital technologies by architecture, engineering, construction and operation sector. As the research is still ongoing, the final conclusions have not been reached yet, but it is worthy to disclose the preliminary results, which highlight the main aspects to be considered for the successful adoption of the BIM process.
