This Systematic Literature Review (SLR) is part of a master's thesis, which aims to investigate the retrofit design decisions adopted in a case study building - within an automobile manufacturing park, using the Post-Occupancy Evaluation (POE) instruments. The aim is to understand the implemented solutions and how these readjusted environments can contribute to work activities, thus enabling the redirection of future designs, with an emphasis on the quality of the built environment. The SLR was developed within three lines of research (POE's contribution to office design processes, office environments in automobile manufacturing parks and corporate office environments in general) aimed to obtain evidence from existing literature already published (from 2015 to the first quarter of 2020) in order to support the ongoing academic production and support new researches. The searches for records (periodical articles, book chapters, dissertations, and theses) were carried out in two scientific literature databases: Scopus and Web of Science besides the Researchgate social network and on the Brazilian Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations – BDLTD.
