Based on research on the thermal resilience of users in social housing constructed with monolithic concrete panels, this article aims to present a method of analyzing the results obtained from a case study conducted in a housing complex situated in Bioclimatic Zone 2. Methodologically, two analysis strategies were employed: (1) a generalist approach, based on ASHRAE 55's adaptive model, which integrates the results of monitoring the thermal condition of buildings with users' perceptions, gathered through questionnaires; and (2) a specific approach, which assesses conditions related to solar orientation, shading of buildings, as well as the means of artificial air conditioning adopted by users. The proposal enabled the identification of characteristics of users' profiles regarding thermal resilience, and aspects related to the thermal performance of homes. This study is expected to contribute to the analysis of thermal resilience and environmental comfort within the Brazilian context of Post-occupancy Assessment in Social Interest Housing.
