INTEGRATION BETWEEN POST-OCCUPATION EVALUATION AND BIM BASED ON THE “HOW DO YOU LIVE?” APP

This article presents part of the result of a master's research in development entitled "Integration between POE and BIM: investigation in support of the design decision of apartments", which aims to analyze the possibility of relating responses from a POE with apartment design guidelines in BIM. The hypothesis is that the APO data, when incorporated into the BIM, will be able to offer more precise and contextualized answers, expand the quality of apartment projects. The Design Science Research method was used, structured in: (i) identification of the problem - theoretical foundation; (ii) definition of expected results; (iii) design and development of the artifact; (iv) demonstration; (v) evaluation and (vi) communication. This article presents part of steps 1, 2 and 3, to demonstrate the communication between the results of the POE “How do you live?” applied in a Case Study and the BIM information model, to prove the use of this methodology in the analysis of APO data. The work intends to advance in new analysis formats and the establishment of a POE database in BIM, which allows the integration of all project information in a single model.
