This article systematically reviewed the international literature on integrating BIM, Blockchain and other digital technologies in the construction phase. The authors selected nine articles from hypothetical or real-world applications and grouped them into categories: payment automation, construction quality control management, construction progress data tracking, and supply chain data tracking. The results suggest the most frequent use of the Hyperledger, Azure and GoQuorum blockchain platforms. The absence of empirical studies and the functional characteristics of Blockchain platforms were identified as the main barriers to integration.
