Latin American and European Meeting on Sustainable Buildings and Communities

About the Journal

The Latin American and European Meeting on Sustainable Buildings and Communities (EuroELECS) is a biennial scientific event organized by the Working Group on Sustainable Development, aimed at bridging the gap between academia, society, theory, and practice, connecting European countries with Latin American countries. In each event edition, proceedings containing the full papers submitted and approved through a peer-review process are published. The first event took place in 1997, at a national level, was named the I National Meeting on Sustainable Buildings and Communities. In 2001, at its third edition, the event expanded its scope and became a Latin American Meeting (ELECS). In 2015, at its eighth edition, the current scope (EUROELECS) was adopted.
